10ThousandWindows helps survivors live safe, free and hopeful lives. With your help, we can open 10,000 windows of life-changing opportunity, bringing 10,000 survivors around the world to safe, sustainable and gainful employment, and creating 10,000 examples that global systemic change is possible for survivors of violence and exploitation.

    10 MINUTES

In 10 minutes, you can learn about the vulnerabilities to trafficking that poverty bring. Go to 10thousandwindows.org and read the stories of the survivors we serve. From them you'll see how lack of economic opportunity makes young poor people easy targets for traffickers. With this information, you'll be able to more easily identify and protect potential victims in the Bay Area.

    10 DAYS

Protecting potential victims requires helping others understand who they are. The easiest way to do this is to share the  video on the 10thousandwindows.org website through social media. This is a great way to help, but with all the distractions of the internet, today more than ever people appreciate the personal touch. To inform your network about trafficking, organize a watch party in your home.

    10 MONTHS

You know that three dollars and change we all seem to spend most days on coffee? Well if you saved that every day for 10 months, you'd have enough to provide a window of life-changing opportunity for a survivor in great need by donating $1,000 at 10thousandwindows.org. You could provide her with a year's worth of valuable services that provide motivation, education and employment.
